Smooth Talking- The Book
Finally I have put my poetry together in the form of an e-book. Aptly entitled “Smooth Talking”. (What can I say, that’s what the ladies tell me). But seriously, it’s been a long time coming, but like they say it’s never too late for a shower of rain. I had fun writing the stuff and I am sure readers will have as much pleasure reading it.
When I write poetry its like a whole different dimension opens up to me. It’s escape yet its reality hitting you straight in the face.
I remember in high school I never cared much for poetry, but I had a great literature teacher who made it all come alive. Oh Lord this is sounding like a speech I would make if I had just received some award for my poetry. (Hey a little confidence won’t hurt)
I just feel good that my dreams are happening bit by bit. The only thing that thrills me more than seeing the book at Smooth Talking So check it nuh.
